This is a special request from an acquaintance. Her friend wants to make her own daughter’s birthday cake. She just wants someone to make a topper that resembles her daughter’s outfit.

At first I estimated the work for this was 2 hours max. But I ended up with 3 hours plus..

I add some glitters to make it more catchy.
