Here’s my 2nd attempt making macarons. This time I try different recipe, which after tested by many people, they are not so sweet. I personally like it better than any other macarons I’ve ever eaten.
That’s Bublegum. I know I need to add more colour, as I intended to make it purple. After I baked them, the colour somehow changed to more brownish.
And this is Champagne Macarons. Just playing with the shape
