The champagne bottle is from gumpaste, so it’s actually hollow underneath. The real cake is under the bottle.

It’s a Champagne Butter Cake filled with Champagne Swiss Meringue Buttercream & coated with White Chocolate Ganache.

This is a simple cake caters for a small family.

The cake is Chocolate Cake with Mocha Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

The lady that orders the cake is my hubby’s colleague. I often give cakes for his colleagues & she happened to taste it.

The cake flavour is very unique. It’s Dark Choc Mud & White Choc Mud ganached with Milk Chocolate.

The shoe is provided by the lady. It is actually a ring holder. Very pretty isn’t it?

Since the shoe already has all the bling, I have to make the cake simple yet elegant so that the shoe will be the centre of the cake.

I think the pearl beads match the shoe very well. I also make the brooch to match the shoe brooch.

It maybe a simple cake, but I underestimated the decorating time. It was a long drama behind it

Anyway, I paint the cake with white pearl paint (which is too bad, not obvious in the picture)

Her son, Noah, is turning 2 & he’s very obsessed with it.

Well…I made a mistake with his age. But thank God, the mother wasn’t upset. Somehow, she managed to lift up the number 3 & changed with candles. Phewww…

This time the cake is Almond Madeira with Almond Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Something different

This time it’s easier to make the toppers.

The cake is about 18 x 12 x 12 (W x L x H). It’s a Vanilla Sponge Cake filled with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream & coated with White Chocolate Ganache.

I originally bought an LV ribbon for the base but it never came, so I use a normal pink ribbon

It took me longer than expected to decorate this cake, especially the LV pattern. I ended up cutting it one by one (what a pain!)

The handle is the part that I like the most.

It wasn’t my intention to use this corner decoration. Since the lining didn’t end up very well, covering it was the best way.

I think the zip is not bad either. I paint it in gold. I just copied my bag’s zip. Hehe..

The original idea was to put Timmy standing on the scooter. I have to put it next to the scooter, since it’s too heavy to stand on it. The scooter broke when I tried that.

The cake is a Chocolate Oreo Cake filled with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

Some of the characters’ bodies are from Rice Krispies. The grass walls are also from Rice Krispies.

Only 3 characters made as Deegan’s mum wants Timmy & the scooter to be the main focus.

I love how the scooter turns out! Quite time consuming to make this one.

The house itself took me an hour to finish. It’s from Rice Krispies too.

Not forgetting the details on the 4 cake sides. Those green bricks

This cake is a 3-layered-cake: Mandarin cake & Pandan Cake filled & covered with Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream. No fondant at all.

It’s quite easy to make those ruffles & they are pretty.
