This is an 8in square Pandan Cake with Pandan Swiss Meringue Buttercream.
I found out that Swiss Meringue Buttercream is so much better than the traditional buttercream. Very light, less sweet & versatile.
The cake is very simple.
But the MU player took some time to make.
