This cake is quite unique. According to Heidi’s mum, Heidi is a very active girl. Thus, she wanted me to make a ninja cake for her first birthday.
The design is very simple, but the cake is a double barrel cake. It consists of 6 layers of Mandarin Cheesecake. Its height is 14cm & the diameter is 20cm.
This is my first double barrel cake & it wasn’t as easy as I thought it would be.
I had a problem when covering the cake with fondant. It took me 10x rolling because the fondant kept on cracking & tearing 
I googled the tutorial, but couldn’t find enough information. I was so desperate that I thought I had to take a course next time 
Thank God finally I managed to cover it. Lots of prayers
