It’s my first time making Sunflower. The loyal customer gave me the notice about 10 days before. The good thing is that it’s a simple cake (phew…)
The cake is a Champagne Butter Cake with Champagne Swiss Meringue Buttercream, coated with White Choc Ganache.
I’m pretty pleased with the Sunflower. I did it without veiner & mould.
